Immunopathology focuses on immune responses associated with disease. It combines laboratory medicine and clinical practice to diagnose and treat a range of immune-related conditions.
Antibody production is crucial for combatting infections, but imbalances can lead to autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency, where the immune system fails to respond effectively.
