Head of Diversity & Inclusion
Awabakal.Rhoda Kiptanui’s current role as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at NSW Health Pathology includes providing expert leadership and advice about the design, development and delivery of contemporary organisational development strategies, including – organisation culture and behavioural change, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion projects – to enhance employee experience, inclusion and to improve workplace performance and service delivery.
She has also led programmes to support new ways of working as well as leading organisation-wide people and system change projects that involved significant complexity and multi-disciplinary teams.
Rhoda is a certified human resources practitioner (CPHR) and member of the Australian Human Resources Institute with a master’s degree in HR Management & Industrial Relations, a bachelor’s degree in Education and a diploma in HR Management & Entrepreneurship.
