Rebecca leads the Program Services Team (Program & Change Management Office – PCMO), which provides stewardship and support to NSW Health Pathology’s transformation projects.
The Program Services team provides tools, training and support to staff managing a project, to ensure projects and change initiatives are well managed and deliver desired outcomes that support and align with our strategic and operational priorities
Rebecca has extensive experience in health leadership and management, organisational development and change coaching & consulting. Rebecca is committed to providing high levels of support and service across NSWHP to drive our ambitious transformation agenda.
