Rebec­ca leads the Pro­gram Ser­vices Team (Pro­gram & Change Man­age­ment Office – PCMO), which pro­vides stew­ard­ship and sup­port to NSW Health Pathol­o­gy’s trans­for­ma­tion projects.

The Pro­gram Ser­vices team pro­vides tools, train­ing and sup­port to staff man­ag­ing a project, to ensure projects and change ini­tia­tives are well man­aged and deliv­er desired out­comes that sup­port and align with our strate­gic and oper­a­tional priorities

Rebec­ca has exten­sive expe­ri­ence in health lead­er­ship and man­age­ment, organ­i­sa­tion­al devel­op­ment and change coach­ing & con­sult­ing.  Rebec­ca is com­mit­ted to pro­vid­ing high lev­els of sup­port and ser­vice across NSWHP to dri­ve our ambi­tious trans­for­ma­tion agenda.
