Nicole has worked in hos­pi­tals and health care for 20+ years at the strate­gic and oper­a­tional lev­el across clin­i­cal and non-clin­i­cal ser­vices, Work­force, Min­istry of Health, ser­vice redesign, sys­tem improve­ment, project and pol­i­cy roles. Nicole has oper­at­ed local­ly and across all tiers of NSW Health, work­ing close­ly with Local Health Dis­tricts and Pil­lars, and oth­er gov­ern­ment and non-gov­ern­ment organ­i­sa­tions to achieve NSW Health’s organ­i­sa­tion­al, oper­a­tional and strate­gic goals at the local, state and nation­al levels.
She has a strong com­mit­ment to deliv­er­ing and improv­ing mod­els of care and ser­vices to meet patient, family/carer and stake­hold­er needs in part­ner­ship with the teams that pro­vide these services.
