Jo has been with NSWHP since 2021 and has a diverse back­ground that comes from a com­bi­na­tion of expe­ri­ence in cus­tomer ser­vice and oper­a­tional roles. Jo can pro­vide high lev­el admin­is­tra­tive sup­port for sched­ul­ing and doc­u­men­ta­tion of meet­ings, com­mu­ni­ca­tions, and reporting.
