As the Training Manager – Fusion Program, Ann Stevenson leads the development and provision of expert advice on training strategy, curriculum, delivery, and evaluation of all training related activity aligned to the Fusion program. She is responsible for developing and managing statewide training programs and leading a team of training professionals, including go-live implementation support teams, in the development and delivery of training and educational support activities as they relate to the implementation of the new technology services as part of Fusion.
Fusion is a five-year, statewide program delivering core technology-driven initiatives to help NSW Health Pathology connect and provide even higher quality patient-centred care and scientific and forensic services.
Ann has extensive experience in the adult education sector, with a background in education management, quality management, business process improvement, instructional design, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Supports delivery of efficient, effective and transparent services. Includes legal, risk management, internal audit, policy, privacy, records management and GIPA (freedom of information) functions.
