As the Train­ing Man­ag­er – Fusion Pro­gram, Ann Steven­son leads the devel­op­ment and pro­vi­sion of expert advice on train­ing strat­e­gy, cur­ricu­lum, deliv­ery, and eval­u­a­tion of all train­ing relat­ed activ­i­ty aligned to the Fusion pro­gram. She is respon­si­ble for devel­op­ing and man­ag­ing statewide train­ing pro­grams and lead­ing a team of train­ing pro­fes­sion­als, includ­ing go-live imple­men­ta­tion sup­port teams, in the devel­op­ment and deliv­ery of train­ing and edu­ca­tion­al sup­port activ­i­ties as they relate to the imple­men­ta­tion of the new tech­nol­o­gy ser­vices as part of Fusion.

Fusion is a five-year, statewide pro­gram deliv­er­ing core tech­nol­o­gy-dri­ven ini­tia­tives to help NSW Health Pathol­o­gy con­nect and pro­vide even high­er qual­i­ty patient-cen­tred care and sci­en­tif­ic and foren­sic services.

Ann has exten­sive expe­ri­ence in the adult edu­ca­tion sec­tor, with a back­ground in edu­ca­tion man­age­ment, qual­i­ty man­age­ment, busi­ness process improve­ment, instruc­tion­al design, train­ing, coach­ing, and mentoring.
