As a key member of the ICT Service Management portfolio, Katie is responsible for leading and managing the risk, quality, progress and implementation of ICT Service Management Projects. Katie works in partnership with our statewide ICT teams, Local Health Districts and other external partners and vendors to ensure ICT project benefits are realised.
Katie is passionate about working collaboratively, building and maintaining strong working relationships both inside and outside NSWHP, and is committed to the successful delivery of ICT projects in pursuit of improved customer service offerings for all NSWHP staff, vendors and partners.
