Forensic Medicine Mortuary Manager - Newcastle
Belinda Kennedy (Fuller) is the Mortuary Manager at Forensic Medicine Newcastle within NSW Health Pathology. She provides leadership across forensic medicine regional mortuary services, overseeing daily workflows, workforce coordination, clinical governance, and work health and safety to ensure safe, respectful, and high-quality care for deceased persons and their families.
With extensive experience in forensic mortuary practice, Belinda leads a forensic mortuary technicians, and case coordinators. She is responsible for service delivery across post-mortem operations, including disaster victim identification (DVI), complex case management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Belinda is committed to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture, prioritising staff wellbeing, psychological safety, and professional development.
