Forensic Medicine Mortuary Manager - Newcastle

Belin­da Kennedy (Fuller) is the Mor­tu­ary Man­ag­er at Foren­sic Med­i­cine New­cas­tle with­in NSW Health Pathol­o­gy. She pro­vides lead­er­ship across foren­sic med­i­cine region­al mor­tu­ary ser­vices, over­see­ing dai­ly work­flows, work­force coor­di­na­tion, clin­i­cal gov­er­nance, and work health and safe­ty to ensure safe, respect­ful, and high-qual­i­ty care for deceased per­sons and their families.

With exten­sive expe­ri­ence in foren­sic mor­tu­ary prac­tice, Belin­da leads a foren­sic mor­tu­ary tech­ni­cians, and case coor­di­na­tors. She is respon­si­ble for ser­vice deliv­ery across post-mortem oper­a­tions, includ­ing dis­as­ter vic­tim iden­ti­fi­ca­tion (DVI), com­plex case man­age­ment, and con­tin­u­ous ser­vice improve­ment initiatives.

Belin­da is com­mit­ted to fos­ter­ing a pos­i­tive and sup­port­ive work­place cul­ture, pri­ori­tis­ing staff well­be­ing, psy­cho­log­i­cal safe­ty, and pro­fes­sion­al development.
