An experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist who adopts a customer-centric approach is respectful and accountable, Malizgani possesses a well-developed work ethic, is well versed in all disciplines of the Diagnostic Laboratory, Quality Management systems, HIV/AIDS Research, and humanitarian assistance, one who can work with diverse groups of people and excel within a multicultural environment. With more than 10 years of experience in delivering medical laboratory services in a fast-paced environment, resource-limited settings, and demanding and complex environments. In addition to her academic achievements, Malizgani developed strong skills in collaboration which have led to the publication of 9 articles in peer-reviewed and more under review. Malizgani is an aspiring public health expert specialising in evaluating and implementing health interventions.
