Elia is the Business Analyst at NSWHP East based in Randwick and Camperdown. This is a multifaceted role that involves working with many systems and processes and therefore he has close working relationships with a broad spectrum of staff including in the Laboratories, ICT, Finance, Operations, HR, Quality, and Research. He is passionate about providing education, development, and growth opportunities to all NSWHP staff and to this end he is actively involved in building NSW Health Pathology’s Data Literacy Development Program. He is also interested in systems and interfaces that improve efficiency and safety and sees a great potential for better human-machine interfaces to reach this goal.
