Associate Director Research

Shaun has a PhD in Medicine (University of NSW, 1996). His research area has been in reproductive biology, and he has a particular interest in fostering collaboration across disciplines. His most recent position was as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle (UON) where he served as Assistant Dean International and Marketing, Program Convenor Biotechnology, Head of the Discipline of Biology and Honours Coordinator.
Shaun is passionate about research and supporting researchers, and has supervised 15 PhD and 21 Honours students. He joins the team at NSWHP keen to promote the current research undertaken, support the future endeavours of our researchers and assist us to enhance our research collaborations in line with our Research Strategy.
