Bring­ing over 15 years of peo­ple and cul­ture expe­ri­ence, Dean­na is an endorsed Organ­i­sa­tion­al Psy­chol­o­gist who sup­ports lead­ers, man­agers and employ­ees though com­plex busi­ness and cul­tur­al trans­for­ma­tion to achieve mea­sur­able outcomes.

As NSW Health Pathol­o­gy’s Direc­tor of Peo­ple and Cul­ture, she pro­vides both strate­gic and oper­a­tional exper­tise with­in the Senior Lead­er­ship Team, man­agers and employ­ees on all peo­ple relat­ed mat­ters includ­ing per­for­mance and tal­ent man­age­ment, diver­si­ty inclu­sion and belong­ing, engage­ment and reten­tion, indus­tri­al rela­tions, human rela­tions, work health and safe­ty and organ­i­sa­tion­al development.
