Local Pathology Director, Northern NSW
Bundjalung.Dr Alison Winning is an infectious diseases physician and microbiologist based at the Tweed and Lismore hospitals in Northern NSW. As the Local Pathology Director for Northern NSW she is responsible for the region taking in Ballina, Bonalbo, Byron, Casino, Grafton, Kyogle, Lismore, Maclean, Murwillumbah, Nimbin, Tweed, and Urbenville.
Dr Winning is responsible for Senior medical leadership, governance, and management for the Local Pathology Team in the Northern NSW area, along with local medical workforce coordination and oversight of supervision arrangements. She is also skilled at building and managing effective communication and relationships with Clinicians and Local Health District counterparts.
