Senior Staff Specialist
Cammeraygal.Dr Chou is a medical graduate of the University of NSW and trained in Anatomical Pathology mainly at Royal North Shore Hospital. After receiving her RCPA fellowship in 2010, she worked at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney as a surgical pathologist before joining Royal North Shore Hospital in 2019. During her time at St Vincent’s Hospital, she also undertook pancreatic cancer research at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. She was awarded her PhD in 2017 for her thesis titled “Novel therapeutic strategies for treatment of pancreatic cancer”. Dr Chou is passionate about cancer research and continues her studies in pancreatic cancer, but also in other cancers of the gastro-intestinal tract. She is actively involved in medical student teaching and is a Clinical Associated Professor at the University of Sydney.
