Director of Operations, NSW Health Pathology East
Gadigal.Sue is the Operations Director, NSW Health Pathology, East and oversees strategy, performance and operations for laboratories situated within Sydney and South Eastern Sydney LHD. She has strong relationships with her Local Health District counterparts and effectively manages challenging service requests or situations with sensitivity and diplomacy.
Her scientific background means she understands the challenges of lab staff and can quickly grasp issues, which allows her to operate so effectively in such a complex and competitive environment.

Our chemical pathologists analyse chemicals in our body fluids and tissues to help diagnose and manage disease. They play a unique dual role of doctor-scientist, looking at changes in human body chemistry for screening, diagnosis, prognosis and management.
