Mad­dy comes from a Med­ical Sci­ence back­ground, with expe­ri­ence in both Anatom­i­cal Pathol­o­gy and Cen­tral Spec­i­men Recep­tion lab­o­ra­to­ries at Roy­al Prince Alfred Hospital.

In her role as Busi­ness Devel­op­ment Offi­cer, she cov­ers Roy­al Prince Alfred, Con­cord and Can­ter­bury Hos­pi­tals to assist with new busi­ness with­in NSW Health Pathol­o­gy and liaise with stake­hold­ers. The cur­rent focus for Mad­dy and her team is enabling access to pathol­o­gy results elec­tron­i­cal­ly, identifying/rectifying fail­ures in results deliv­ery and resolv­ing client ser­vice issues.
