Juliana is passionate about making a difference, digital health, strategy and pushing the boundaries. She is a values-driven executive renowned for designing and bringing transformational, complex multi-stakeholder programs of work to fruition.
Juliana joined NSW Health Pathology 35 years ago as a biomedical scientist and has since held senior and executive positions and led key strategic initiatives, the latest being our largest and most challenging transformation program – Fusion.
She is a problem solver, happiest when she can bring her clinical knowledge and skills in strategy, IT, health and people management skills to the fore to meet challenges head on. It’s an energy she equally brings to the mentoring she provides to others and support for emerging leaders, particularly women who are forging careers in ICT.
