Ms Carmen Rechbauer has a background in public and private enterprise and has been a senior leader in NSW Health for over 25 years. She was the first member of the founding team that built Health-Support, the organisation that would mature into HealthShare NSW.
As Chief Executive of HealthShare NSW, Ms Rechbauer is honoured to lead a statewide organisation of more than 7,500 employees, the largest public sector shared services organisation in Australia. Under her leadership, HealthShare NSW is working to mature its service models with a strategic focus on people and culture, collaboration and sustainability.
Ms Rechbauer is passionate about working in partnership with NSW Health agencies to drive improved patient outcomes and greater value for the system. She holds a Master of Business Administration and has been recognised on the NSW Top 50 Public Sector Women list.

Sets strategic direction and drives service transformation to meet the evolving needs of patients and partners in healthcare. Responsible for planning, performance and innovation, and operational management of genomics, point of care testing and six clinical streams.
