Melis­sa began her career with NSWHP in 2019 as the Help Desk Offi­cer for Clin­i­cal ICT Oper­a­tions – North. From here she was then appoint­ed as a Sys­tem Ana­lyst for the same team. Recent­ly she has tran­si­tioned to the ICT Ser­vice Man­age­ment team as a Project Offi­cer. The team coor­di­nates state-wide projects, ini­tia­tives and activ­i­ties, as well as liais­ing with ven­dors, sup­pli­ers, Local Health Dis­tricts and eHealth for desk­top and/or project relat­ed sup­port, tech­ni­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions and imple­men­ta­tion activities.
