Asset Man­age­ment spe­cial­ist respon­si­ble for the life cycle man­age­ment of NSW Health Pathol­o­gy assets from need iden­ti­fi­ca­tion to dis­pos­al. Janette leads devel­op­ment and mon­i­tor­ing of the NSWHP Asset Man­age­ment Strat­e­gy and Plans, Asset Reg­is­ter devel­op­ment and data man­age­ment, and AFMO and ARD fund­ing sub­mis­sions. Janet­te’s Role as Asset Man­ag­er also sup­ports imple­men­ta­tion of statewide main­te­nance con­tracts, Cap­i­tal Invest­ment Pro­pos­al sub­mis­sions and med­ical equip­ment asset pro­cure­ment. Janette spe­cialis­es in sys­tem inte­gra­tion work­ing across Strate­gic Plan­ning, Finance, Pro­cure­ment, Asset Man­age­ment sys­tems and projects.
