Caroline Dunn brings over 13 years of experience as a phlebotomist with NSW Health Pathology. She now supports Point of Care Testing (PoCT) services as a Product and Customer Support Officer, drawing on her extensive frontline knowledge to enhance service delivery and support across local health districts.
