Vijay is a Principal Analyst with NSW Health Pathology, bringing over 18 years of experience across NSW Health in finance, performance, and management roles. Since joining NSW Health in 2007, he has developed strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, activity-based costing, forecasting, data modelling and operational analytics. In his current role within the Performance and Capital planning team, Vijay leads the organisation’s Costing strategy initiatives and plays a key role in delivering insights to support strategic decision-making. Vijay works closely with clinical, operational, and finance stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for performance and costing insights. He also assists in running the NSWHP Pricing & Costing Committee, strengthening governance and driving continuous improvement in costing and pricing frameworks.
He welcomes engagement from colleagues seeking support on performance, reporting, and operational analytics.
