Mr Darren Turner has 40 years’ corporate experience as a chartered accountant, including 20 years as a partner with PwC Australia.
He continues to be a trusted business advisor on strategy, finance, governance and commercial risk in executive and non-executive board roles for organisations in diverse sectors.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australian and New Zealand and an Australian Institute of Company Directors’ graduate.

Our Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) enacts the strategy of NSW Health Pathology and directions of the NSW Health Pathology Board. Members ensure we deliver quality, human-centred pathology and forensic and analytical science services across NSW.

Sets strategic direction and drives service transformation to meet the evolving needs of patients and partners in healthcare. Responsible for planning, performance and innovation, and operational management of genomics, point of care testing and six clinical streams.
