Research Support Lead - Metro

Mon­da is a Research Sup­port Lead over­see­ing the Metro region in Syd­ney, pro­vid­ing gov­er­nance and research ser­vices through NSW Pathol­o­gy. With a back­ground in phar­ma­cy, sci­ence, and clin­i­cal research, Mon­da brings a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary per­spec­tive to sup­port­ing eth­i­cal com­pli­ance, study set­up, and oper­a­tional coor­di­na­tion. Pas­sion­ate about advanc­ing research with­in the pub­lic health sys­tem, Mon­da is com­mit­ted to stream­lin­ing process­es and fos­ter­ing col­lab­o­ra­tion across local health dis­tricts to enable high-qual­i­ty, impact­ful research outcomes.
