John joined NSW Health Pathology as Director, Finance & Corporate Services in early 2025. Brand new to NSW Health, John brings a wealth of expertise as an executive leader in the areas of finance, shared services, commercial, property, fleet, and procurement, focusing on financial management, strategy formulation and execution, and corporate & financial governance.
Most recently, John was CFO and Executive Director, Corporate Services and Finance at disability support provider, Life Without Barriers, for 9 years from 2015.

Ensures responsible financial management of public funding; financial and management accounting; tax; revenue; billing; and private practice arrangements. Manages procurement, fleet management, business development and environmental initiatives to increase sustainability.
