Alex is a designer and innovation practitioner. Alex’s background combines service design, strategic design, human-centred design, design-led innovation and qualitative research. Alex is driven by a desire to support the public sector transform to tackle emergent, complex challenges through design and innovation while providing equitable outcomes to all. Prior to joining NSWHP, Alex has worked across local government, state government, private industry and academia.
