The Finance Busi­ness Intel­li­gence Plat­form is a mod­ern enter­prise busi­ness intel­li­gence and ana­lyt­ics solu­tion. It enables our exec­u­tives, lab man­agers, accoun­tants and human resources teams to safe­ly and secure­ly access finan­cial and work­force data.

The plat­form has been designed accord­ing to mod­ern cloud data and ana­lyt­ics archi­tec­ture stan­dards. Lever­ag­ing Microsoft Azure Synapse Ana­lyt­ics, it can be accessed using Pow­er BI, Excel, Python or R.

A pio­neer­ing solu­tion rep­re­sent­ing inno­va­tion across all of NSW Health, the plat­form has been enthu­si­as­ti­cal­ly adopt­ed by more than five oth­er health agen­cies and has been lever­aged by the Min­istry of Health to improve their own finan­cial mod­el­ling and forecasts.

This project is a great exam­ple of using resource­ful­ness, cre­ativ­i­ty and exper­tise to cre­ate and imple­ment an inno­v­a­tive pur­pose-built system.
