His com­mu­ni­ca­tion and rela­tion­ship-build­ing skills are exem­plary, boost­ing morale with­in our teams and good­will with Local Health Dis­trict partners.

Dr New­ton mon­i­tors turn­around times and is always look­ing for new ways to improve lab­o­ra­to­ry efficiency.

He uses his ini­tia­tive and exten­sive expe­ri­ence and knowl­edge to change work­flows and ros­ters to improve lab process­es and cus­tomer ser­vice. In doing so, he’s cred­it­ed with deliv­er­ing a seam­less expe­ri­ence for patients, clin­i­cians, staff and oth­er stakeholders.

There is no wrong time to approach him and no wrong ques­tion to ask. His pos­i­tiv­i­ty, patience and work eth­ic are admired and respect­ed. He brings so much to the table yet asks for so lit­tle in return.
