Rho­da Kiptanui’s cur­rent role as the Head of Diver­si­ty and Inclu­sion at NSW Health Pathol­o­gy includes pro­vid­ing expert lead­er­ship and advice about the design, devel­op­ment and deliv­ery of con­tem­po­rary organ­i­sa­tion­al devel­op­ment strate­gies, includ­ing – organ­i­sa­tion cul­ture and behav­iour­al change, employ­ee engage­ment, diver­si­ty and inclu­sion projects – to enhance employ­ee expe­ri­ence, inclu­sion and to improve work­place per­for­mance and ser­vice delivery.

She has also led pro­grammes to sup­port new ways of work­ing as well as lead­ing organ­i­sa­tion-wide peo­ple and sys­tem change projects that involved sig­nif­i­cant com­plex­i­ty and mul­ti-dis­ci­pli­nary teams.

Rho­da is a cer­ti­fied human resources prac­ti­tion­er (CPHR) and mem­ber of the Aus­tralian Human Resources Insti­tute with a master’s degree in HR Man­age­ment & Indus­tri­al Rela­tions, a bachelor’s degree in Edu­ca­tion and a diplo­ma in HR Man­age­ment & Entrepreneurship.
