Sue is the Oper­a­tions Direc­tor, NSW Health Pathol­o­gy, East and over­sees strat­e­gy, per­for­mance and oper­a­tions for lab­o­ra­to­ries sit­u­at­ed with­in Syd­ney and South East­ern Syd­ney LHD. She has strong rela­tion­ships with her Local Health Dis­trict coun­ter­parts and effec­tive­ly man­ages chal­leng­ing ser­vice requests or sit­u­a­tions with sen­si­tiv­i­ty and diplomacy.

Her sci­en­tif­ic back­ground means she under­stands the chal­lenges of lab staff and can quick­ly grasp issues, which allows her to oper­ate so effec­tive­ly in such a com­plex and com­pet­i­tive environment.
