R3 Pathology Research Coordinator for the R3 Northern Cluster
Kamilaroi Country.Michelle is the R3 Pathology Research Coordinator for the Upper Hunter, Mid North Coast and Northern New South Wales, regions. She is the contact person for Clinical Trials and Research in these regional, rural and remote regions.
Her key responsibilities are:
– liaison between clinical trials and research teams at any point in the development, negotiation and set up of clinical trials and research,
– the establishment of quotes and contracts, for research and clinical trials requiring NSWHP services.
– facilitating seamless communication between Pathology laboratories and research teams
Michelle has 38 years of experience in the health sector in both metropolitan and rural hospitals. Her expertise lies in multidisciplinary liaison, clinical trials coordination, acute nursing, project management, and education.
