Shaina Ham­monds has worked with the NSW Health Pathol­o­gy PoCT Team since 2015. In her role as Qual­i­ty Sys­tems Sup­port Offi­cer, Shaina pro­vides admin­is­tra­tive sup­port to the Team with a focus on the admin­is­tra­tion of Microsoft Dynam­ics 365 and Cubit, devel­op­ing learn­ing mate­ri­als for the qual­i­ty sys­tems and coor­di­nat­ing and facil­i­tat­ing user train­ing. Shaina assists with ros­ters, pro­cure­ment of PoCT goods and ser­vices and pro­vid­ing sec­re­tar­i­al sup­port includ­ing coor­di­na­tion of meet­ings, tak­ing and tran­scrip­tion of min­utes. dis­tri­b­u­tion of doc­u­ments and trav­el arrangements.
