Melissa began her career with NSWHP in 2019 as the Help Desk Officer for Clinical ICT Operations – North. From here she was then appointed as a System Analyst for the same team. Recently she has transitioned to the ICT Service Management team as a Project Officer. The team coordinates state-wide projects, initiatives and activities, as well as liaising with vendors, suppliers, Local Health Districts and eHealth for desktop and/or project related support, technical specifications and implementation activities.
