IT Service Management Operations Manager

Katie is respon­si­ble for lead­ing and man­ag­ing the oper­a­tional plan­ning and deliv­ery of crit­i­cal and high­ly com­plex pro­grams of work to ensure opti­mal IT Ser­vice Man­age­ment solu­tions and ser­vices that meet busi­ness per­for­mance and ser­vice con­ti­nu­ity require­ments. Katie works in part­ner­ship with statewide ICT teams, Clin­i­cal Oper­a­tions, Local Health Dis­tricts and oth­er exter­nal part­ners and ven­dors to dri­ve con­tin­u­al ser­vice improve­ment initiatives.

Katie is pas­sion­ate about work­ing col­lab­o­ra­tive­ly, build­ing and main­tain­ing strong work­ing rela­tion­ships both inside and out­side NSWHP, and is com­mit­ted to the suc­cess­ful deliv­ery of these ICT ini­tia­tives in pur­suit of improved cus­tomer ser­vice offer­ings for all NSWHP staff, ven­dors and partners.
