With a back­ground in Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, Nathan cham­pi­ons con­tin­u­ous improve­ment to busi­ness process­es & sys­tems. Nathan uti­lizes human cen­tered design with a focus on effi­cien­cy, com­pli­ance and data qual­i­ty. As well as devel­op­ing pow­er­ful ana­lyt­ics for strate­gic deci­sion making.

Pri­or to Pathol­o­gy, Nathan worked in an IoT tech­nol­o­gy start­up, a data con­nec­tiv­i­ty and automa­tion plat­form using wire­less mesh tech­nol­o­gy. Nathan is very pas­sion­ate about pio­neer­ing tech­nol­o­gy set to improve how we work, live and pro­vide care.

Sets strategic direction and drives service transformation to meet the evolving needs of patients and partners in healthcare. Responsible for planning, performance and innovation, and operational management of genomics, point of care testing and six clinical streams.
