Tay­lor works in the Strate­gic Com­mu­ni­ca­tions team as a Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Offi­cer. Hav­ing worked for NSW Health Pathol­o­gy since 2016, Tay­lor has an in-depth knowl­edge and pas­sion for our unique and diverse work­force. Tay­lor cur­rent­ly leads the strate­gic com­mu­ni­ca­tion approach for our Peo­ple and Cul­ture port­fo­lio which includes strate­gic plan­ning, devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of com­mu­ni­ca­tions strate­gies and reg­u­lar col­lab­o­ra­tion with our Peo­ple and Cul­ture lead­ers on a range of organ­i­sa­tion-wide projects and ini­tia­tives. Tay­lor also leads the NSW Health Pathol­o­gy Awards pro­gram and is edi­tor of our Chief Exec­u­tive e‑newsletter. Tay­lor has expe­ri­ence and skill in copy­writ­ing, strate­gic plan­ning, social media, graph­ic design, videog­ra­phy and project man­age­ment and is always look­ing for new and excit­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties to engage with our work­force and build in to our peo­ple and cul­ture through her tai­lored com­mu­ni­ca­tion approaches.
