Mered­ith has 40-years of expe­ri­ence work­ing in var­i­ous health­care set­tings across NSW and inter­na­tion­al­ly. This includes ter­tiary hos­pi­tals, res­i­den­tial aged care and mul­ti-pur­pose ser­vices. Mered­ith has worked in clin­i­cal qual­i­ty and patient safe­ty, ser­vice plan­ning and deliv­ery, pop­u­la­tion health, research, infec­tion con­trol, inter­nal audit ser­vice pro­vi­sion and eval­u­a­tion, and design and imple­men­ta­tion of inte­grat­ed enter­prise-wide risk man­age­ment frame­works. Mered­ith is pas­sion­ate about work and loves learn­ing – “the day you stop learn­ing is the day you should put up your boots”. Mered­ith is devel­op­ing an inter­est in draw­ing and paint­ing, hop­ing to explore this more over the com­ing years – retire­ment is beckoning.
