Tim Eckersley, Enterprise Architect with our DevOps team, is an innovative and collaborative leader who leads by example and is well respected by everyone he works with.
Tim constantly strives to build great working relationships with business partners and find new ways of working and sharing knowledge and experience. This ranges from lessons learnt with MuleSoft integration and the new Health Interoperability Toolkit, to working with Service NSW and FUSION leadership to deliver strategic programs of work such as COVID-19 response and Statewide LIMS procurement.
Tim is at the forefront of ICT, keeping up with IT trends to foster new ways of thinking in an ever-moving landscape. He focuses on continuously improving NSWHP’s service offering and developing next-generation capabilities that will deliver value for years to come.
Tim’s expertise in managing transformational change across the enterprise is felt in all projects and functional areas. His engagement with stakeholders and ability to retain information from workshops means he is an authority for the DevOps team to rely on for most queries. When coupled with his comprehensive business knowledge and previous experience delivering large projects, he can see and resolve problems long before they arise, saving significant amounts of the team’s time.
Tim is a strong believer in continuous improvement – in both technical projects and delivery, as well as personal development and growth. He actively encourages his team to participate in workshops and conferences to upskill in new areas. He also gives his team opportunities to lead projects, giving them room to discover and grow but always there to provide support and guidance.
