Robyn Seberry is the current Supervising Scientist for our Forbes Laboratory. Her colleagues have said she has shown her caring nature by investing time into building relationships between NSW Health Pathology and local GPs, obstetricians and specialists, as well as the staff at Forbes, Parkes and Condobolin Hospitals.
Her caring spirit was also shining when Forbes, along with many other areas of the Central West of NSW, were affected by flooding in 2022. Robyn led her team to ensure the Forbes Laboratory was able to still provide a complete service to the community of Forbes as well as Parkes and Condobolin. Her colleagues have said she achieved this by continually thinking ahead about how to guarantee patient samples could be safely delivered to the Forbes laboratory and other NSWHP laboratories. She went above and beyond to ensure laboratory staff and couriers could all perform their duties safely and with confidence so their service could be maintained throughout the extended period of flooding.
Robyn’s colleagues have said she is always understanding of staff needs and when faced with adversity has always maintained a happy, positive and safe environment for all the Forbes laboratory staff.
