The Qual­i­ty Team deliv­ered a doc­u­ment stan­dard­i­s­a­tion project that brought cohe­sion and uni­for­mi­ty to work­flows and processes.

The project was car­ried out across three Cat­e­go­ry GX labs, each con­sist­ing of five-eight dis­ci­plines, with the addi­tion of five Cat­e­go­ry B mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary labs.

The com­plex project con­sist­ed of mul­ti­ple tasks to achieve the broad­er objec­tive across all the labs involved.

The cre­ation of a sin­gle site in IQMS for all B lab doc­u­men­ta­tion along with merg­ing sim­i­lar doc­u­men­ta­tion to cre­ate one stan­dard doc­u­ment were both key ele­ments to reduc­ing dupli­ca­tion and align­ing process­es and procedures.

The project achieved its objec­tives through con­sul­ta­tion and col­lab­o­ra­tion with mul­ti­ple lab man­agers and staff. It was a demon­stra­tion of com­mit­ment to striv­ing for improve­ment and excel­lence in the way we operate.
