Con­tin­u­ous­ly striv­ing to improve the qual­i­ty of ser­vice she pro­vides, Har­sha is known for her col­lab­o­ra­tion, encour­ag­ing nature, and her abil­i­ty to see every­thing as a learn­ing opportunity.

Har­sha holds a rare advan­tage of being a mul­ti­dis­ci­pline trained staff spe­cial­ist – she is accred­it­ed to work in Micro­bi­ol­o­gy, Serol­o­gy, Chem­istry and Pre-Ana­lyt­i­cal. This gives her the abil­i­ty to col­lab­o­rate amongst the dif­fer­ent dis­ci­plines to help in mul­ti­ple areas, and always is seen to bring every­one togeth­er to fos­ter a ‘one team’ culture.

Har­sha is described as an advo­cate for well­be­ing, check­ing in with every­one in the team each day.

Regard­less of many hur­dles com­ing in our way, Nepean Micro­bi­ol­o­gy is a beau­ti­ful work­place. In her 11th year of work, Har­sha con­tin­ues to bring warmth, lov­ing kind­ness, and team spir­it to tack­le what­ev­er dai­ly chal­lenges are com­ing to Nepean Microbiology.

Her col­leagues even say it isn’t rare for her to bring ros­es from her gar­den and place them on her teams’ desks to bright­en the space.
