Strategic Plan 2026–2032

This Strategic Plan has been shaped by the voices of our people, partners, customers and communities across NSW.

It is the result of our most extensive consultation to date, bringing together insights from across laboratories, health services and the broader system.

This input has helped identify what matters most, where we need to improve and how we can strengthen our services for the future. It has also highlighted practical opportunities to improve how we work together and deliver better outcomes for the communities we serve.
