Based in New­cas­tle, Lau­ren is a Recruit­ment and Work­force Busi­ness Part­ner sup­port­ing East and Rur­al and Region­al net­works work­ing as part of the HR Sup­port Ser­vices team.

As part of her role as Recruit­ment and Work­force Busi­ness Part­ner, Lau­ren man­ages the pro­vi­sion of end to end recruit­ment ser­vices to NSW Health Pathol­o­gy Stake­hold­ers and pro­vide pro­fes­sion­al, expert advice and sup­port across the full range of work­force and recruit­ment activ­i­ties whilst work­ing close­ly with the busi­ness to under­stand hir­ing requirements.

Lau­ren has com­plet­ed her Diplo­ma in Human Resources Man­age­ment and is moti­vat­ed and pas­sion­ate about build­ing a car­ing, con­nect­ing and pio­neer­ing work­force. With a holis­tic approach, Lau­ren focus­es on the entire employ­ee life cycle sup­port­ing our employ­ees through each phase of their employment.
