Acting Director Corporate Governance
She/her. Awabakal.As acting Director, Legal and Corporate Governance, Sarah provides oversight of legal & corporate governance matters including; internal audit, policy, privacy, records management, GIPA, insurable risk, risk management, and compliance. She provides advice on key legal and governance issues, including to the Audit and Risk Committee and Chief Executive.
Sarah is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the public sector (NSW and UK), particularly in governance, commercial and corporate matters. Prior to joining NSW Health Pathology in 2020, Sarah has held various roles in the public and private sectors, including at a UK regulator and logistics group with operations across Australia and NZ.
