Research Coordinator - CCLHD, NSLHD & Support Lead Rural & Regional NSW
Awabakal.Melanie is the Research Support Lead for Rural & Regional NSW and is responsible for overseeing the research support services delivered by Research Coordinators within their designated area, ensuring these services are of high quality, responsive to needs, and aligned with NSW Health Pathology’s strategic and operational plans.
Bringing over 30 years of experience as a Hospital Scientist and Laboratory Section Manager, with a strong commitment to aligning research support services with operational capacity, she is dedicated to building and maintaining positive relationships with Local Health Districts (LHDs), Specialty Health Networks, external clients, and research investigators in relation to research service requests.
