Staff Specialist Infectious Diseases and Microbiology
She/her. Eora.Dr Genevieve McKew has interests in the molecular determinants of antimicrobial resistance, rapid laboratory detection and identification of sepsis-causing bacteria, hospital-acquired infections, treatment of staphylococcal and enterococcal infections, quality use of antimicrobials, and the impact of molecular typing on infection prevention. She also has a clinical and laboratory interest in parasitology, mycology and non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections, women’s health and infection, and quality in laboratory medicine.
