Our 1,300 col­lec­tion staff are often the first point of con­tact patients have with NSW Health Pathol­o­gy. They are the face of our organ­i­sa­tion and play a key role in build­ing trust between us and the com­mu­ni­ties we serve.

Col­lect­ing with Care is a cel­e­bra­tion of the role our col­lec­tors play in the over­all health­care of patients and gives crit­i­cal insight into the skills and the exper­tise that are on dis­play by our col­lec­tion staff every day.

The Col­lect­ing with Care pub­li­ca­tion, co-designed with col­lec­tors and patients, explores key learn­ings, infor­ma­tion and resources that impact how our statewide col­lec­tion ser­vice deliv­ers con­sis­tent, dig­ni­fied, and patient-cen­tred care in our local communities.
