Lor­raine is recog­nised by her peers as a leader who facil­i­tates col­lab­o­ra­tive dis­cus­sions and seeks oppor­tu­ni­ties for con­stant improve­ment in prac­tice and training.

With the recent imple­men­ta­tion of the Foren­sic Med­i­cine Infor­ma­tion Sys­tem (FMIS), Lor­raine demon­strat­ed great lead­er­ship in help­ing the team nav­i­gate the trans­for­ma­tion­al change, shar­ing solu­tions, expe­ri­ences and support.
