Isaiah Joshua R. Balot is a Research Coordinator for NSW Health Pathology, supporting the delivery of research services across the Central Coast, Mid North Coast, and Northern NSW Local Health Districts. In his role, Isaiah liaises with investigators, laboratory staff, and clinical trials teams to coordinate the requirements of clinical trials and research studies.
He has an extensive background in the laboratory, having served as a Technical Assistant at Liverpool and Campbelltown Hospitals, and in clinical trials as a Technical Officer – Clinical Trials Assistant within the Clinical Haematology Clinical Trials Unit at Westmead Hospital. This experience offers him unique insight into the operational needs of both pathology laboratories and clinical trials units.
