Hen­ry has a back­ground in Enter­prise Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy and ICT expe­ri­ence in the Man­aged Ser­vices space, join­ing NSWHP in Decem­ber 2021 to work on the NSWHP ICT Sup­port Cen­tre Pro­gram – Con­sol­i­dat­ing lev­el 1 ICT Sup­port across the state into a sin­gle team, and migrat­ing all ICT Clin­i­cal Oper­a­tions teams to a sin­gle sup­port plat­form (Ser­vi­ceNow).
